Who will be there
The 1st regional conference hosted by the SOLWorld community will welcome 60-80 practitioners from several countries, mainly from the Central Eastern European region. Our aim is to gather leaders, decision makers, project managers and coaches, consultants to inspire each other for their work in organisations. Some of them will come because they are fascinated by a resource oriented, forward focused ways of working, so called Solution Focused approach, others come to share best practices in energizing people, conducting useful interactions and supporting long lasting change. At this exceptional opportunity all of the participants will develop their skills, expand their thinking, and share their experiences.

You will be able to see “solution focus at work” as well as create your own applications. Existing applications of solution focus in corporations will be presented in workshops. Moreover you will take away practical tools for your work that you can start using the next day for more confidence of your people.
How we work
Our frame of work, so called Solution Focused practice, offers you a different paradigm for coaching, consulting, managing and leading in organisations. The approach values simplicity in interaction and aims to discover “what works” in a given situation, simply and practically. The focus on what’s wanted (not what’s wrong), what’s going well (rather than what’s gone badly) and practical progress (rather than explanatory theory) leads to a positive and pragmatic way to work with organisations and individuals. SF has its roots in the approach devised by Insoo Kim Berg and Steve de Shazer and others, remarkable results occur in organisations since the middle of 1990s.
Doing more with less
We invite you to use in your work with people as few distinctions as only possible. Leaving models, tests and typologies behind, you will discover some simple assumptions which support teams as well as organisations towards their goals with lightness and flexibility. In the emerging markets of CEE you may find useful to be able to generate lasting change immediately and effectively.
