Alex is well known as a consultant, trainer, coach, author and jazz pianist for the last 25 years, working with teams, organisations and communities to facilitate change, creativity and innovation. He works as an advisor and coach for many different organisations, with many companies in the private sector, with government agencies and other public sector bodies, and with universities around the world. He is known for his work which blends leading edge management thinking and practices with live improvised jazz performances, as part of organisational and leadership development programmes.
Alex will be joined by some of Budapest’s leading jazz musicians: Zsolt Bende (guitar), György Orbán (bass) and László Csizi (drums).
He is currently working in the field of emergency medicine. Meanwhile he study psychotherapy to gain a different approach of medical attendance. In his view, interpersonal communication is one of the most important thing of every heeling process. Being an effective doctor requires advanced communication skills and also great empathy.
Áron is a coach PCC, trainer and OD practitioner, member of the SolutionSurfers network. He co-created KAPTÁR, a trendy coworking office in Budapest.

Brigid is the Deputy Chief Nurse at the Emergency Department, teacher and mental health expert at Semmelweis University. She is interested in how can the human personality and the social connections be developed, fostered and organised.

óra works as an organisational development consultant
and a supporter of change processes and is involved in
one-on-one management consultancy. In her organization
development work, she utilises the simple, clear and
result-oriented approach of brief coaching, and relies on
solution focus for attention to resources, opportunities and progress. As an advisor, she is involved in complex processes, HR system implementation, talent management, and leadership development. She is an active member of the Solution Focused Association, as well as a co-founder and operator of the KAPTÁR community office.
Enikő Tegyi is an internationally accredited (PCC) business and team coach, one of the first professionals in Hungary to use the Solutionfocused approach in organisations. In addition to one-on-one processes, she has used the tools in group and team coaching processes and complex coaching programmes in leadership development, organisational development, personal well-being at work.
She is trainer of the “Brief coaching in leadership and organisations” program jointly launched with the Hungarian Association of Psychologists for HR managers, advisors and work psychologists, and author of publications and academic articles on the method and application of solution focused coaching.

Gergely Szertics is the CEO of a Hungarian start-up company called Analogy Ltd. that develops artificial intelligence for corporations. The tool they create supports collecting and processing knowledge in an organizational environment supporting cooperation and problem solving. Gergely has lead the company through expansion, downsizing and re-expanding, riding the waves of cutting edge technology and constantly targeting the niche potentials. The coaching session took place in times of re-calibrating focus and defining the best ways to restart from almost scratches.

Hannelore’s (Belgium) work as facilitator started by coaching adolescents for over 8 years as a counselor in several settings: she worked in special youth care (residential care, foster care) and as a school counselor. In search for more input in how to really and effectively initiate change, she became a psychotherapist in the solution-oriented cognitive therapy at the Korzybski Institute Bruges. Working solution focused connected immediately and seamlessly to the way she intuitively works with people. Adults and organizations became the scope as Hannelore became the managing director for an organization in adult education for 5 years and as she provided trainings and facilitated processes as a freelance coach and trainer. Becoming fully independent was a way to be able to coach teams and help them communicate, to support and coach individuals and families, train solution focus and fully enjoy life and work. Starting her own coaching and therapy practice is the next step. Last year, together with a colleague, Hannelore wrote a little book about working solution focused with people with autism. Currently, it’s being translated in English. Hannelore’s work is appreciated for her enthusiasm and the ability to really listen to people and to connect with them. Being able to communicate clearly, humorous and to put people at ease, became real strengths in developing trainer-skills and helped people to get the most out of their training, coaching or proces management.

Hannes Couvreur (Belgium) is the founder of Superbly Human and Yeast. He is a professional jester (or coach so you like) who provides organizations with solution focused conversations, probably the simplest way to help people get as quickly as possible from ‘What the ****?!’ to ‘What works’. He is a great fan of Gregory Bateson, complexity, Hellboy, Jesper H. Christiansen and of other people’s resourcefulness and response-ability.

Janine Waldman has over two decades of experience in her specialisms of executive coaching and training, plus a wealth of expertise in consultancy and organisational development. She held senior HRD positions in the UK and New Zealand before becoming Director of coaching and change consultancy The Solutions Focus.
Janine specialises in bringing about positive change and implementing constructive and resourceful ways of working. She has introduced thousands of managers and professionals to solutions-focused approaches worldwide, with clients including Beiersdorf AG, Imperial College, Reading Borough Council and Care UK. She is co-author of ‘Positively Speaking: The Art of Constructive Conversations with a Solutions Focus.’
Jesper Christiansen lives in Denmark and Switzerland and since 1997 has been working self employed in both the public and the private sector. As a trained Kaospilot (Project management education in DK), raised with the dynamic of World Cafe dialogue Jesper took a jump from systematic theory to solution focus in 2005, discovering the simplicity of working with goals and resources in groups.
Jonas Lundin is department manager for software development from Hi5, a Swedish IT company with about 40 employees, have been using Solution Focus since 2012 when they had their first training. Today they commonly use SF in many different applications, both as managers within the organization and in interaction with customers in various projects.

Katalin Hankovszky is an independent trainer and coach, coming from a pedagogical background, working in business and training environment since 1995. Since she first came across solution focus 1996 she has integrated this it in all of her work. She co-created the concept of SF training methodology. She’s leading the Hungarian faculty
of Solutionsurfers (brief coaching and coach training). She’s a SOLworld enthusiast from the very beginning.

Kirsten Dierolf is the director of SolutionsAcademy, an international consulting and training company for solution focused coaching, teamcoaching and organizational development. She mainly works internationally for large corporation, but also for small
and medium sized companies. She has been training solution focused consultants, coaches and organizational developers in her own training institute since 2008. She also leads the German publishing house SolutionsAcademy Verlag, a publisher for solution focused consulting ideas. Kirsten co-authored “The Solution Tango” with Louis Cauffman and just published the German book “Solution Focused teamcoaching”, which will be available in English in 2014. She regularly publishes about solution focused consulting in peer reviewed journals and is co-editor of the academic peer-reviewed journal “InterAction”. Kirsten is president of SFCT, an international association of solution focused consultants and coaches. She teaches in the Masters’ program for systemic supervision at the Protestant University for Applied Sciences in Freiburg.

A member of DALET team in Olomouc/Czech Republic. SF therapist and lecturer with creative mind and sense of language as two main strengths. He has 13 years of experience in a corporate environment. He started as a warehouse operator and grew in technical and soft skills being in present part of the Management Team in a production company with 650 employees. Based on his experience and knowledge he was involved in delivering technical training (Health Safety and Environmental, Lean Manufacturing) and also in soft skills trainings (Effective Communication, Team Building and in the last year coaching).
He practices coaching approach since 2009 in his organization. He was part of developing and sustaining the coaching process in his organization. He is now ready to present their process in this conference in order to give other organizations and consultants a model to observe, again, how coaching and specially SF Coaching can help an organization to develop from any environment.

Romanian born, Tomy is a product of the AIESEC culture where in an NGO and voluntary based international environment learned that “learning is a never ending story”.
