Liselotte Baeijaert

Liselotte (°63) is a Solution Focused change practitioner, facilitation expert and executive coach. She has over 23 years’ experience in global businesses, including financial services, pharmaceutical industries and executive environments. She also worked for non-profit organizations, schools and universities. She has operated in restructuring processes, growth and talent management projects.
As a business owner, Liselotte co-creates process driven change with executives and teams, aligning overall sustained behavioral change with strategy. She has designed and facilitated both small and large scale interventions, and she coaches leaders and executives in different work environments.
She holds university degrees in philology (literature and linguistics), drama and pedagogical skills (University of Louvain, Belgium) and completed courses in Gestalt Coaching and Counseling, NLP, R.E.T., Solution Focused Management and Coaching and several specialized leadership, facilitation and personal development programs. Liselotte has worked with many cultures, especially in Asia and Europe.
Liselotte is married and has three children. In her spare time, she likes going on trips, reading, hiking, enjoying life and hanging out with friends.

Anton Stellamans

Anton Stellamans (‘73) is a SF coach, trainer and consultant. He co-founded Ilfaro with Liselotte Baeijaert in 2007. He holds 2 MA degrees in Philosophy and History and complemented his academic studies with a 4 year training in Solution Focused Brief Therapy and Coaching at the Korzybski-International Institute. Anton is co-editor of InterAction, the Journal for Solution Focus in Organisations. Together with Liselotte Baeijaert, he wrote a book on resilience that has been translated and published in English and German. He is an active member of international organisations that spread SF in organisations: SFCT, ASFIO, EBTA and SOLWorld. He beliefs that resilience starts at home and that sailing is the best way to learn how to become resilient.

Shakya Kumara

Shakya Kumara is a management trainer and coach, with clients including Bupa, the National Australia Bank, the National Health Service, Sheffield University and other organizations around the UK and Europe. He is the founder of Brief Mindfulness, helping busy leaders, managers and professionals access high performance and low stress. He is the developer of the iFLOW model of Time Management and the “MAGIC” model of Negotiation, both of which are in use around the world.

Alex Steele

Alex is well known as an international consultant, coach, academic, and jazz pianist, working with teams, organisations and communities to facilitate change, creativity and innovation. He is well known for his work which blends leading edge management thinking and practices, with best practices in areas of science, arts, improvisation and music.

Alex’s work focuses on organisational development, leadership, change management, innovation, environmental management, corporate social responsibility and sustainable development, working directly with clients in industry and government, and with leading Business Schools, research centres and universities in Europe, Asia and Africa. Alex is a Visiting Professor in Transformational Learning and Sustainable Development at the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB), and he is a regular contributor to leadership development programmes organised by the internationally renowned Ashridge Business School in the UK, and more recently working on strategy programmes at London Business School. He is a passionate solutions focus practitioner, applying SF thinking and practices to work with individuals, teams, organisations and communities.

Alex is the Founding Director of Improwise, an organisation supporting leadership development, change management, transformational learning, sustainability and community development projects, with current programmes in Uganda, Kenya, Bangladesh, Venezuela and Colombia.

Andreas Fuhrmann

Andreas is originally from Romania, been living in Germany for a long time before returning to Romania in 1993. His work is based on more than 25 years of experience in the field of Top Management. He supports his clients by running AC/DC, Management Development programs and Executive Coaching.
With an appreciative and resource-oriented approach, he guides you in your development. You benefit from his personal knowledge and many years of experience as coaches and in business.

Andrew Gibson

Andrew is originally from Scotland, and has lived in Leeds, England since 1998. He discovered Solution Focused Practice in 2007 as a Business Coach in a high needs area of Bradford, and helped over 300 people to explore self-employment with SF Coaching. He has subsequently set up two businesses: a consultancy applying SF in organisations including Charities, Health Services and Housing Associations; and a telephone SF coaching service called Conundrum Coaching Ltd. As part of his personal goal to grow the application and practice of SF, Andrew helps as a board member of both ASFIO and the UKASFP.

Annie Bordeleau

Annie Bordeleau has been working as a Facilitator, Trainer and Coach for more than 25 years in the academic and private sector. She specializes in enhancing the efficiency of interactions in intercultural working environments.
Discovering the Solution-Focused approach in 2005 has fundamentally transformed the way she supports leaders and organization across all cultures. To encourage more use of SF to effectively lead change she has joined ASFIO (the Association of Solution Focus in Organizations) as a Board member.
Annie is French Canadian living for over 15 years in Germany and supports her clients across Europe and in America. She has a BSc. in Anthropology and an MA. in Adult Education.

Biba Rebolj

A. Biba Rebolj is founder and creative director of the first institute for the Solution Focused Approach in Slovenia (Ribalon). Since 2007 she works as a trainer in the youth field. Solution Focused Approach found her in 2014 and it was love at first sight. Currently she works as a Solution Focused coach, trainer and facilitator for individuals, teams and groups within youth and business settings. Her work is imbued with beliefs that simplicity at work is the ultimate sophistication and that change is constant and inevitable.

Elisabeth Siencnik

Elisabeth Siencnik has a master in Business Economics from the WU Wien and ESSCA Angers. She has worked in finance and project management for multinational companies (Unilever, Baxter, GlaxoSmithKline) and international non-profit organizations. Since 2008 she has been sharing the holistic perspective she gained through her work experience as a consultant, trainer and (project) coach. Beside her profound knowledge of finance and project management Elisabeth is a solution focused coach as well as an instructor for yoga and meditation. She loves to find solutions (not only in projects) and to walk.

Ian Peatey

Ian Peatey is a a partner, coach, consultant, trainer and technical handy man with Solution Surfers Romania. He brings Solution Focus training, coaching and consulting to business in a variety of tailor made projects.

Originally from the UK he has been living in Romania since 2009 having lived in Poland for 15 years before that. Ian has over 20 years working in Management and Personal Development including as head of Training for PwC in Poland. In his spare time he is a trainer of Nonviolent Communication and a Learning Coach with the Entrepreneurship Academy.

While being British means humour is programmed into his genes – this may or not be obvious during his SOL Talk. It will all depend on what kind of day he’s having.

John Brooker

John’s career commenced with service in the Royal Air Force. He joined Visa International as a technician in 1985, becoming a Senior Vice President in 1996, with senior management experience of leading teams to innovate and transform services. He used an SF approach as a leader and has been using it as a facilitator since 2004.
Vastly experienced with multi – cultural groups, John works regularly in West and East Europe, the Middle East Africa and Asia, with international companies, through his company “Yes! And.”
John uses his Solution Focus based Team Impetus model to facilitate teams with major challenges and has coached facilitators to do this in Hungary, Switzerland, Germany and the UK.
John is currently President of the Association For Solution Focus in Organizations, a global entity dedicated to putting SF at the heart of organizations.
He is the author of “Innovate to Learn, Don’t Learn to Innovate” available on Amazon.
For fourteen years he was a highly rated tutor for the Open University Business School’s Masters level module ‘Creativity, Innovation and Change’ program until its closure.

Katalin Hankovszky

Katalin Hankovszky M.A., PCC is an independent trainer and coach, coming from a pedagogical background, working in business and training environment since 1995.
Since she first came across solution focus in 1996, she has integrated it in all of her work. She co-created the concept of SF training methodology.

She’s part of the Swiss Solutionsurfers team, leading the Hungarian faculty of Solutionsurfers (brief coaching, coach training and book publishing). She’s a SOLworld enthusiast from the very beginning and a freshman in her PhD studies (educational sciences).
She´s living in Switzerland with her husband and two little kids.

Krysta Tzelepi

Krysta Tzelepi is a solution focused coach and facilitator, managing partner of Treasure Lab Ltd. With a psychology background (M.A. Tufts University) and 10 yrs of HR line mgmt experience (Citibank, M&S), Krysta has been working, in the last 14 yrs, towards developing executives, by designing practical, innovative programs that combine learning workshops, coaching sessions, easy to use tools and bring performance results.
One of the pioneers who brought coaching to the Greek market, since 2014, Krysta Tzelepi is an International Faculty member of Solution Surfers, Switzerland. So far over 4,000 executives have participated in coaching and development programs that Krysta and her colleagues have designed. Indicative clients include: Alpha Bank, BIC, Diageo, Eurobank, IKEA, Novartis, PMI, Roche Pharma etc.
Krysta Tzelepi has appeared as a speaker at conferences in Greece, Turkey etc. as well as at TEDxAcademy events.
She lives in Athens and enjoys friends, swimming in the Aegean sea and lively discussions over a glass of wine or ouzo.

Leah Davcheva

Leah Davcheva is a coach and trainer, working mainly in education and intercultural communication – at home, in Bulgaria, and also internationally. She is founder and director of AHA moments, a centre for working interactionally and making progress. Leah first discovered Solutions Focus through Mark McKergow and has since dedicated herself on solution focused work in the development of a variety of courses and coaching programs.

Mihaela Vladut

Mihaela Vladut has 14 years in Human Resources in business environment. She has a Ph D degree in social psychology and served five years in higher education.
As HR Development Director at Romstal, she develops and coordinates HR processes: recruitment, training, leadership development, performance evaluation and career development. She is very connected with change in the organization, events dedicated to employees, well-being programs at work. She loves helping people to reach the next level of their potential, organizing and bringing people together.

Mónika Göntér

Mónika is a solution focused coach, trainer and a leader of psychodrama groups for adults and children. She holds engineering, HR and MBA degrees and has been working as a trainer, consultant and coach since 2004. Most of her experience has been gathered at small and medium sized companies. She loves to work with family businesses and start-up firms and has over 10 years of experience in helping young mothers return to the labour market. During the last three years she launched several projects at schools in Hungary to introduce a solution-focused approach to education. She lives in Budapest with her husband and their four children.

Raluca Mohanu

Raluca Mohanu is an internationally accredited executive coach and certified trainer.
Raluca’s motto is “Be the change you want to see in the world” (Mahatma Gandhi) and that is why she has founded her own successful coaching company, Steps for Change ( Raluca coaches people who are ready to assume responsibility for their own destiny; her clients include top managers, entrepreneurs or teams who want to work together more efficiently.
Raluca is one of the first top notch coaching professionals in Romania and she is a strong advocate of the benefits of coaching in organizations. She is a founding member of the Romanian Coaching Guild (ARC) and she is supervisor and mentor for coaching students.
In her spare time, Raluca loves spending her spare time with her family. Her hobbies are vegetarian cooking, Aqua Gym, ethno jazz and theatre.

Selma Dragos

Selma Dragoș is a keen story teller and story seeker, she works both as an HR consultant and as a theatre director and dramaturgist, sometimes drawing on both in order to create development activities for groups. The undercurrent of her activities is a passion for exploring the way that stories and roles that people build for themselves, as well as those that are assigned to them, construct and modify their reality. She is professionally committed to creating artificial situations in which clarity can be obtained.

As a recently certified Brief Coach and part of the Solution Surfers Romania team, Selma is enthusiastic about collecting success stories and feeding articles to the blog. She uses her active imagination and newly acquired solution focused mind set to turn any program she is working on into an experience of the Solution Focused Approach.

Simona David – Crisbasanu

Simona David-Crisbăşanu develops educational projects within Association ROI, a Romanian non-governmental organization established in 2011, which activates communities for sustainable development. She coordinates the educational project “Romping – Education through coaching”, which was successfully implemented in five high schools with poor performance and mostly with disadvantaged students. She produced a documentary movie – “Nay, we can!” – in order to share this project’s results. She has worked with hundreds of teachers, students and parents, supporting them by team coaching, facilitation and training. Last but not least, she is involved in developing the Romanian Coalition for Education, a federation of NGOs, launched in 2015 – .
In 2014, the prestigious magazine Foreign Policy Romania nominated Simona among the 100 Romanians who by the power of their ideas or example move things forward in Romania. She also received the Award “Woman of the Year 2014 for Excellence in Education” from Advantages Magazine.

Victoria Spashchenko

Victoria Spashchenko is a coach, trainer and cross-cultural consultant.
For more than 15 years she has been successfully coaching and delivering programs on management, leadership, communications, organizational development and cross-cultural competence to international companies, consultancies and institutions.
